Microsoft Excel on the 10-inch Z TriFold

Three panes turn a spreadsheet into a desk. The ribbon stays put. The pivot does not fall off the hinge.

DeX on the Galaxy Z TriFold is the first time Excel has felt like it belongs on a phone. The left leaf holds the ribbon and the name box. The center leaf is the grid. The right leaf is a pivot or a Teams thread, not a second copy of the same sheet.

The failure mode is familiar and now measurable. If a workbook pins itself to a display id, folding to the cover dumps you at the file list. Fleet images should lock Excel to the unfolded canvas and treat the cover as a phone, not a spreadsheet.

For procurement: budget the 1TB SKU if analysts travel with models, not decks. The grid is not the storage problem. The attachments they refuse to leave in SharePoint are.
