The Trifoldable Standard
Defining the Pocket Laptop Category.
A pocket laptop is not a foldable phone with a keyboard case. It clears three rules. Miss one and the badge stays in the drawer.
I. The Canvas Rule
The inner diagonal is at least 9.5 inches, measured as one continuous display, hinges included. Below that you have a large phone. The category starts when a document and its notes fit without scrolling the notes away.
9.5" minimum
10.2" Mate XT
II. The Pocket Rule
Folded thickness does not exceed 15.0mm, including a certified deck if the deck claims the pocket. A 16mm keyboard may still be certified for the desk. It may not claim the jacket.
Scale to 20mm. Gold ends at the rule. Cyan marks the Mate XT folded.
III. The Desktop Rule
Three windows, natively, on the unfolded canvas: a document, a reference, and a live conversation. Mirroring the center leaf onto the right leaf does not count. A desktop mode that dies when the device folds to the cover does not count.

Certification roster
Gold marks a product that has been read against the three rules, not a sponsorship.
